Welcome
Welcome to St. Sylvester School’s website! I invite all of our visitors to look through the site and learn more about our wonderful school. I also invite families who are considering St. Sylvester for their child to visit us in person, tour our facilities, meet our teachers and spend time in the classrooms.
One thing we are very excited about is our new summer program. It is open to students 3 years old up to 6th grade, and will run from July 7th until August 8th. The hours will be from 9 AM until 3 PM and we will offer extended day care services from 6 AM until 6 PM. Each of the five weeks of the program will be focused on a particular continent and the lessons and activities that week will center on the people, cultures, geography, and resources of that continent. Outdoor activities, reading groups, math lessons, field trips, and movies will take place every week. Classes will be small and will be broken into age appropriate levels.
The tuition for the summer will be $120 per week, which includes four free hours of extended day care. Costs for more than one child feature further discounts. The weekly field trips will require a small additional bus fee.
